Pastor Ted J. Williams was sent by God, from Silsbee, Texas, to shepherd over a flock at Call Community Center C.O.G.I.C. in Call, Texas. Through seeking God’s face for guidance to teach his people, he began to receive revelation knowledge about God’s word. While praying and meditating this new found knowledge, Pastor Williams received the mandate from God to preach and teach the revealed word boldly and uncompromisingly. Despite opposition from traditional and denominational mindsets, Pastor Williams took the step of faith and began teaching the Word of Faith with revelation.

On February 16, 2001, God spoke to Pastor Williams and instructed him to write a letter of resignation to Call Community Center C.O.G.I.C. He held his last service at Call Community Center on Sunday, February 18 and that day was proclaimed as a supernatural day. The congregation gathered for two services that day, at 9:30 am and 6:00 p.m., and the anointing and power of God was present. People from the surrounding areas came and were delivered, healed and set free.

Determined to follow God’s mandate for his life, Pastor Williams pursued the vision of establishing a Word of Faith ministry. On February 20, 2001 Believers New Life Ministries Church International was established with approximately 40 members and are Growing People Every day!
